You do not need any evaluations or speculations. Flow according to what you feel. Trust that the drift will take you where you ought to be and that fighting the current will only land you at some inappropriate port.

Calm your nervous system. You are on the verge of collapse and you need to slow down and ease into a steady flow that is not going to cause self-harm through overthinking and overwork.

Believe in yourself and know that you are being divinely protected, especially in situations in which your responsibility to your family is weighing too heavily upon you because your compassion is so fierce that you are harming yourself by overdoing what is possible for you to do.

A cycle of codependency has your trapped in a scenario where you are pulling all of the weight for others. Releasing your need to control all of this and setting firm boundaries will lead you to be less resentful of the people around you who are draining out all of your energy.

That, in turn, will allow you to get along with the people in your life much better because you will not be scrambling to meet expectations that are not feasible and you won’t be resentful of them for expecting that you do everything without any time to yourself.

Taking time to yourself is crucial and necessary for rejuvenation and for growth. Without it, there is no making headway. It is not a selfish act to take your own time away from others.

In fact, selfishness comes from the act of martyrdom because of how martyrdom makes you feel. You’re not really doing that for others. You’re doing it so that you can feel like the hero. It needs to stop. Strike a balance.

Learn to accept that there are some things you will never be able to change because they are outside of your power and control. When you release the need to control everything, you will see that you will be able to relax in the knowledge that everything is fine.

Trust in the universe to provide the infrastructure to make that possible without your having to effort or force it. If you force it, it will break. You need to surrender to the flow state and allow for everything to fall into place without fighting against it.

There is a massive change here that is in process. Your guides want you to know that this change leads to something wonderful, something that was worth waiting for.

Simply follow your purpose, no matter where it takes you, and understand that what makes you different is what makes you valuable and unique. You are perfect the way you are, and anyone who doesn’t understand your value is being cast aside as you elevate.

It’s okay to allow these relationships to fall away. They are no longer serving you. They were more about who you used to be than who you are now and they are not contributing to your growth. They are only serving to keep you stagnant.

You are building your own confidence back as you transform in the wake of a massive betrayal that left you feeling confused and disappointed, having to walk away from what was broken.

What you don’t see coming is that, when you choose to walk away from this dark time in your life, you are walking right into a commitment that leads to a great love and your ultimate emotional fulfillment. Trust in the unknown and act upon your intuition before it makes sense. If you trust your intuition, it will lead you straight to fulfillment.
