Congratulations! I have to say, since I have started on Substack you have been very kind in reading and sharing my work, that meant a lot to me and encouraged me to keep at it when I had practically no subs or followers. I see how much effort you put into this platform and it seems rather evident that your success is very deserved.
From the moment I first discovered your channel on Telegram, in my time of great need for soul mates and kindred spirit connections, needing to know I wasn't alone in the world in knowing what I know and seeing what I see, you have been a super-solid shining star of a companion in my day to day living...you make such a huge difference for me in ways impossible to describe with words. This achievement of yours comes as no surprise to me, my sister. I wish could I hug you and look into your eyes as I say THANK YOU for your friendship, your support, your magic, your humour. Sending you so much love and respect, my Floridian Angel!! HEART HEART HEART leaky laughy face HEART!!! XOX
Sending love right back. How can I not support, you teach me stuff and are one of the smartest people on here imo and there's so many smart people on here. Grateful for your leadership. Plus your funny af and people who don't know that should. β€οΈβ€οΈ
Congratulations, and thanks for all the great ideas and insights in this post. I love reading my Starfire Codes content and will continue recommending it. You are an inspiration!
Thanks for posting this. Itβs great advice. Definitely best practices. I am paying attention. Congratulations on reaching 10K subscribers!! Awesome achievement!
Congratulations ππΎπ My biggest question is if you are doing this newsletter full time solo or you have a team and how many is the team. The energy to post daily is the problem and the fact that it actually annoys me when I see an email more than twice a week in my inbox. Often than not, I unsubscribe.
Depends on the task. Some are admins in our Telegram chat, having conversations and banning spammers. Some are pulling songs for the shufflemancy part of the daily reads (we're a year ahead on songs). Some are helping with development on other projects, maybe throwing videos to me for the WIW series, etc. We just do it as we go. I'm full time. They do what they do as they like/have availability. All in all, I'd say there are maybe 30-40 people touching different aspects of these projects at all times - they tend to turn up in the special thanks sections under their desired aliases - but the process is outlined ahead of time and not at all dependent upon their time or anything like that. It's designed in a way where they can participate or not as they feel inclined. But they like to, so I've set it up to allow for that without making anyone feel like any contribution ends up being some sort of time prohibitive energy sink, if that makes sense. We have designated places where certain media is kept/stored and they can throw media into those buckets or make suggestions as they see fit. I like to keep things organized so I can wrap my head around where everything is, so I think it's more that we default to that as a standard so that anything we have set up runs on sort of no-brainer autopilot and doesn't chunk into anyone's day but mine whenever I pick up on a project I feel like tackling that day. I hope that makes sense! :)
I love systems even when I tend to be off track sometimes. Thanks for mentioning that you have support and are full time, because I was already calling myself lazy. Thanks for sharing
No problem. That's why I was saying that, whichever system you put in place, you should make sure it's something you can adhere to consistently and that it suits your own goals and lifestyle. :)
Thanks for the very helpful tips! Some of these I had figured or intuited, but have not yet tried. Now I will! And congrats on your achievement. Well done.
Congratulations!! Your hard work and consistency are evident and appear seamless and graceful.
