Here's something for people who don't believe in "entities attaching."

When one attaches to you. It can get so bad, that there's no doubt you have a problem.

If you're like me, setting goals in life, trying to push yourself to be more productive, then you start to become more aware of what's draining your energy and motivation.

I eventually read something that said that your thoughts don't necessarily manifest from within your head. How do you know they don't originate somewhere else? Haven't you ever had thoughts that seemed completely unrelated to anything you were doing or previously thinking? That came from totally left field? Are any of those types of thoughts every disturbing or put you into a more negative state?

Eventually, I realized I have to deal with this issue and my belief in demons or entities is not actually important.

There are things you can do to remove them. Maybe it's not really removing anything. Maybe it does. But if it works, who cares?

I had to practice a little, I tried a few times some "pyschic practices" meant to remove entities.

Eventually it worked. And by that I immediately felt like something had changed. It's subtle because it's not a physical sensation or even an emotion. It's just a sense of feeling lighter.

The rest of the day, and since then, I've found that it's unlocked a lot more energy. A lot less dealing with this negative emotional encumberance.

So... you don't have to believe anything to change your oil. But you do have to change it eventually.

If you've got an entity, it'll kick your ass until you deal with it.

Last, I'll say that when I listen to podcasts like this, I find that, surprisingly, a lot of what's written online seems to be honest. What they're saying always reminds me of my problem and how I solved it. For instance, entities attaching via trauma, I can pinpoint the exact moment in my life when the entity attached. When the cycle of thoughts started and the issue came into being. It was during one of the most traumatic times in my life.

We're obviously talking about the same thing, which means, it's real.
