Ghislaine Maxwell November Trial Primer: Alleged Co-Conspirators List and Accusations in Leaked Court Document from Charlene Latham Filing

The Ghislaine Maxwell case opening arguments will begin on November 29.

Four women have testified that they and others were victimized as teens from 1994 to 2004 at Epstein's Palm Beach estate, his Manhattan apartment, and his residences in Santa Fe and London.

Prosecutors are stating that Maxwell knew they were below the age of consent, with one being as young as 14, and arranged travel for some between Epstein's homes.

The lead attorney states in the court filing that Maxwell’s email messages expose her as “using her ability to provide access” to Epstein’s child rape victims “as a form of social currency.”

According to the court filing, emails that show Maxwell made arrangements to set up powerful elites, including politicians and world leaders, with underage sex trafficking victims “they would like.”

According to the indictment, Maxwell "would try to normalize sexual abuse for a minor victim by, among other things, discussing sexual topics, undressing in front of the victim, being present when a minor victim was undressed, and/or being present for sex acts involving the minor victim and Epstein."

Prosecutors have urged the judge to allow the identifies of the elite pedophiles to be revealed during the trial.

Bobbi Sternheim defended an Osama Bid Laden aide who was jailed for life for bombing U.S. embassies.

According to Newsweek, “The New York-based attorney defended Khaled al-Fawwaz, who was jailed for life in 2015 for bombings that killed 224 people at two U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania in 1998.”
