Crimes Against Humanity: UK Group Files Criminal Complaint In International Criminal Court
On December 6th, 2021, the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court received a criminal complaint on behalf of the people alleging violations of the Nuremberg Code and crimes against humanity.
The team at Hannah Rose Law in the United Kingdom drafted a proprio motu request which they have filed as a criminal complaint with the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court alleging crimes committed by United Kingdom government officials and international world leaders.
The team at Hannah Rose Law state within the complaint that they “charge those responsible for numerous violations of the Nuremberg Code, crimes against humanity, war crimes and crimes of aggression in the United Kingdom, but not limited to individuals in these countries.”
Within the filing, the legal team states that the intention is “to present to you and detail how, in the United Kingdom this year, the Government of the United Kingdom, with its Ministers and senior officials have violated the Nuremberg Code not only in a single aspect but in many aspects.”

The legal team state that they have attempted to bring the case through other channels including the local English police and the English courts and were not heard, so they have moved on to submitting the filing with the International Criminal Court; if a state is either unwilling or unable to carry out an investigation or a prosecution, the ICC would then be able to step in to pursue the prosecution of the case.
The team is represented by lawyer Hannah Rose. Co-applicants on the filing include Dr. Michael Yeadon, a former Vice President and Chief Scientist at Pfizer; astrophysicist and activist Piers Corbyn; retired police officer Mark Sexton; funeral director John O’Looney; activist Johnny McStay; and activist Louise Shotbolt.

The team has gathered extensive evidence presented within the filing that there are areas of concern occurring under the guise of measures or interventions for the prevention of a “virus.” Notably, they show evidence that the number of covid-19 cases claimed has been artificially inflated through PCR testing numbers that are unreliable and inaccurate. They show that deaths are recorded as having been from covid if an individual has died for ANY reason within 28 days of receiving a positive result from an unreliable PCR Covid-19 test. As the legal team states, “These deaths are being recorded as Covid-19 regardless of whether Covid-19 was the factual cause of death.”
Additionally, cases of influenza, pneumonia, and other respiratory infections have been rebranded as covid -19. The team cited data from the Office of National Statistics which showed that in 2018 there were 29,516 influenza and pneumonia deaths; in 2019, there were 26,398.
However, 2020 influenza deaths were recorded at 394 and pneumonia deaths were 13,619, making a total of only 14,013 for the year 2020.
ONS FOI requests show that between March and June 2020 “Covid-19 related deaths” in England and Wales with no pre-existing health conditions totaled 4,476.
This was further supported by the testimony of John O’Looney, a funeral director listed as an applicant on the filing, who saw a massive effort made to deliberately inflate Covid death numbers. O’Looney testifies that he saw Cancer patients, stroke victims, and even a pedestrian automobile accident victim end up with “Covid” on their death certificates.
The team includes notes on the alleged assassination of Dr. Andreas Noack, an activated carbon expert who presented evidence that the vaccines contain graphene hydroxide which he equated with one atom thick razor blades. His hypothesis was that the graphene hydroxide is resposible for heart and blood vessel damage and the subsequent spike in myocarditis cases.
Also included in the filing are notes on mask ineffectiveness, denial of alternative treatments with high efficacy, and flagrant censorship across all mainstream media and social media channels, as well as widespread government opportunism in the use of covid restrictions to restrict freedom of expression and assembly. This includes the chilling testimony of Holocaust survivors drawing parallels to incidents that occurred in the 1930s leading up to the Holocaust.
The document ends by stating the following: “WE WANT TO REPEAT: It is of the utmost urgency that ICC take immediate action, taking all of this into account, to stop the rollout of covid vaccinations, introduction of unlawful vaccination passports and all other types of illegal warfare mentioned herein currently being waged against the people of the United Kingdom by way of an IMMEDIATE court injunction.”
